Tom Ford
The entire Tom Ford Cosmetic line screams high-quality, high-fashion. Most of their products are priced between $40 and $80, so Tom Ford is by no means makeup for the budget minded.
Bare Essentials
Bare essentials has one of the best dollar value ratios of all makeup. They offer wonderful products at a good. Though it isn’t cheap, it is definitely affordable. Especially their starter kits, which are a great way to ease into their line while maintaining a budget.
Cevanne
This Japanese line has been providing affordable makeup in Japan for 50 Years. Cezanne is regarded as having some of the softest, silkiest and most comfortable makeup within their price-point.
Nars Cosmetics
Priced somewhere between butter London and Tom Ford, Nars Cosmetics offers extreme quality without completely breaking the bank. With lipsticks, glosses, and liners, between $25 & $32, and blushes, shadows and powders between $30 and $50, it’s not the cheapest, yet not horrendously expensive either.
Neutrogena
Getting into the ‘DrugStore’ Brands. Neutrogena offers some wonderful products at a budget price. Beyond their excellent skin care products, Neutrogena actually makes some pretty good makeup. I wouldn’t get into the Neutrogena brand too much when dealing with colors, but their “Healthy Skin” lines for facial coverage (foundations, concealers, etc) are great, especially considering the price.
Maybelline
Maybelline has been in the game for a long time. For the price, as cheap as it is, there is no reason you should ever buy anything under. Sure you might be able to get some no-name brand for a dollar less … but who knows what the results will be. Maybelline of New York, though a drugstore brand, is tried, tested and true and you know exactly what you are getting.
